I had a great time with my sisters and their friends doing prom photos! We met on UGA’s North Campus and got some great photos! I love working with amazing people. ♥
Thanks again, guys! I hope prom was a blast.

We did a mini session on north UGA campus for Jordan’s graduation photos. I was a super nice evening, and campus was beautiful as always! Of course it’s always nice to work with great people.
Thanks again, Jordan! Congratulations and good luck!

I can’t say enough good things about this couple! It felt like I was spending the afternoon with friends I’ve known for years. This is one of my favorite sessions so far. Two beautiful people, inside and out… and they radiate the love they have for one another.
Thanks again, Katelynn and Jonathan! I’m really looking forward to your wedding in a few months!

I’m so glad Amanda contacted me about doing her engagement photos! She’s gorgeous and so much fun to work with. Bob was a trooper and did really well too.
Thanks again, Amanda and Bob!

I had a great time with Tripp and family Saturday! This little guy will be a great ball player – soccer, baseball, … something. He’s got serious skills to be so young! He’s hilarious too. He entertained me more than I entertained him.
Thanks again Kristen and Ronald – I always enjoy your sessions!

These are the first Quinceañera portraits I’ve done, and I was really looking forward to taking these photos! I knew she’d be dressed up, but I was so excited to see her get out of the car in this beautiful dress! The blue stood out against the grass and flowers. I really had a great time with Mayra and her family.
Thanks again, guys, and best of luck with the Quinceañera party!

Seriously, just look at these eyes! Oh my.
I had a great time with this sweet family on UGA’s north campus. It was a BEAUTIFUL day, and you can see how adorable this little guy is.

Lisa won my Facebook giveaway, and I’m so glad she did! I had a great time with her and her family. The weather was perfect and the Botanical Gardens were beautiful!
It was so nice to meet y’all! Thanks again!

I have made some changes to my website. It looks a lot different, but the biggest changes are the new pricing options!
My regular sessions are still $100, but I’m including a disc of photos for online sharing. Click here to read more!
I’m now offering mini sessions for $50! If you just need a few photos and don’t want to spring for a full regular session, this is a great option. (I don’t recommend this session for children.) Click here to read more!

Another new offering is the Baby Plan! I’m so excited about this one – it covers photo sessions through baby’s first year. Click here to read more!
You have the option of booking an Event Session. Click here to read more!

I am still offering weddings at $800! This includes six hours, a printed album, a disc of photos for online sharing, etc. Click here to read more!

I’m so very excited about these changes! Take a look around the site, and let me know if you have any questions.
I’ve already started booking sessions for spring, so contact me to reserve your date!
I go back and forth about giving out CDs with my sessions. Why? Because I know clients like the CDs… but if I do, my photos will most likely be printed at a typical one-hour lab. I’m not saying you shouldn’t ever print at these places for your regular pictures. But if you pay for professional photos, it’s worth the money to have those photos printed at a high-quality lab. I have an example below.
For Valentine’s Day I made photo valentines of my kids and ordered them from my printer. I didn’t order enough though, and I procrastinated so much I didn’t have time to order more from them. I had to order from a local one-hour lab.
This is the original photo that I sent to print:

Cute, huh? That’s beside the point…
Check this out. The top one is from my printer. The bottom one is from the one-hour lab.

Pretty big difference, right? Again, for every day snapshots the cheap photos are fine. But if you’re paying for professional photos – professional prints are worth it! I provide prints with my sessions for this reason. I take pride in my work and want my clients to have the best end-product possible.
This post is only meant to open your eyes to the difference between a cheap lab and a professional lab. I wouldn’t have known this years ago.
I would be happy to show these in person if you’d like to see them.
